2026 RATES

The Salted Bungalow is currently booking 1 week ( 6 night minimum) for the 2026 season with standard check-in on Mondays and standard check-out on Sundays. 3 night stays occasionally may be offered based on availability.

For alternative check in days or to add days to your stay, please contact us directly for availability and pricing. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Your stay is subject to a cleaning fee of $275 , New York State/Suffolk County Sales Tax at 8.75%, and Suffolk County Occupancy Tax at 5.5%.

BOOKING POLICY

All rentals require a $1,000 refundable security deposit along with a signed short term lease to confirm your booking. All details and payment schedules for your reservation will be included in the lease.

Rates are subject to a cleaning fee of $275 , New York State/Suffolk County Sales Tax at 8.75%, and Suffolk County Occupancy Tax at 5.5%.

CANCELLATION

Reservations can be canceled up to 60 days prior to check in for security deposit to be refunded less a $250 booking fee.

HOUSE RULES

1. Check-in after 3:00 PM | Check-out by 11:00 AM

2. 11 guests maximum

3. The person signing the lease must be at least 30 years of age and must be present on the property during the length of stay. No subletting permitted.

4. No pets

5. No smoking

6. Quiet hours 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM

7. No parties or events

8. No commercial photography
